Andrea joined the Executive Board of the Triangle British-American Business Council at its constitution in 2012 and served as its corporate secretary. The British-American Business Council is the largest transatlantic business network, with 22 chapters and over 2,000 member companies based in major business centers throughout North America and the United Kingdom.

As the UK solicitor based overseas she provides pro-bono service certifying and witnessing UK legal documents.

The certification usually involves confirmation that the document is a true copy of the original, including:

• Other forms of Company Documentation including copy resolutions of shareholders and boards of directors
